Watches and Wonders 2023
Today at Watches and Wonders, Panerai has released a new Radiomir with a California dial and a new eSteel patina finish called
The new Radiomir follows Panerai’s recent tradition of making their case sizes a little smaller – here reducing the size of their previous California from 47mm to 45mm and introducing a new burnished patina finish called ‘Brunito’ on an eSteel case. Panerai’s eSteel is their recycled-based steel alloy which is part of the brands initiative to use recycled materials and is their own alloy comprised of over 50% recycled steel. Housed within is Panerai’s P.5000 manually wound movement delivering 8-days of power reserve through two barrels.

The beautiful green California dial has the numerals etched into it revealing beautiful sympathetic creamy accents for the hour markers. We are big fans of the California dial , love the look of the burnished case and applaud the decision to deliver it in a more accessible 45mm package.
